Introduction
This study developed a stress-relief five-finger piano that can be operated with one hand and is held comfortably in the hand, allowing users to play it when feeling stressed. The product’s shape was designed based on ergonomic research, ensuring a comfortable grip, and was continuously adjusted using 3D printing and user testing. In terms of circuit design, this solution extracted traditional pentatonic scales from Chinese melodies and placed the buttons at the corresponding positions for each of the five fingers. After soldering, the prototype can essentially perform its intended musical functions.
